5. Lead Routing and Service Provider Sharing

When a prospect submits an inquiry, calls, texts, emails, or otherwise requests service through an Inbound Markets platform, we may route that inquiry to a participating service provider, licensed operator, franchisee, vendor, or qualified local company.

Information shared may include:

  • Phone number;
  • Email address;
  • Business name;
  • Service location;
  • Service category;
  • Inquiry details;
  • Call/form/SMS/email notes;
  • AI-generated summaries or intake details;
  • Relevant qualification information.

We may route an inquiry to another provider if the initially designated operator cannot respond, cannot fulfill, does not service the area, does not match the requested service, fails to respond, or is otherwise unable or unwilling to pursue the opportunity.

Inbound Markets is not responsible for the privacy practices, sales process, representations, service delivery, customer contracts, or downstream conduct of independent operators, franchisees, vendors, or third-party service providers.


6. AI-Supported Workflows

Inbound Markets may use AI-supported tools and automation to assist with:

  • Call intake;
  • Inquiry capture;
  • Lead qualification;
  • Call or message summaries;
  • Form interpretation;
  • SMS/email workflow support;
  • Routing decisions;
  • Opportunity categorization;
  • Response timing;
  • Internal review and quality control.

AI-supported workflows are used to improve speed, routing, structure, and communication efficiency. They may not be perfect or error-free. Users and licensees remain responsible for reviewing information, confirming accuracy, and making independent business decisions.


7. Call Recording and Tracking

Calls made to or from Inbound Markets-controlled phone numbers may be tracked, recorded, transcribed, summarized, analyzed, or routed where permitted by law.

Call recording disclosures may be provided through recorded prompts, website language, call settings, or other reasonable notices.

If you do not wish to be recorded, you should notify the call recipient or discontinue the call and contact us through another available method.

Licensees and operators are responsible for their own call recording, telemarketing, texting, email, and customer communication compliance when contacting prospects or customers.


8. SMS/Text Messaging

If you provide a phone number, submit a form, call us, text us, or otherwise engage with our systems, we or participating providers may contact you by phone or text regarding your inquiry, service request, account, license, invoice, or related business matter.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

You may opt out of promotional SMS communications by replying STOP where supported. You may request help by replying HELP where supported.

Transactional or service-related messages may still be sent where permitted by law.


9. Email Communications

We may send emails related to:

  • Routed opportunities;

Licensees and operators may receive confidential or proprietary business information, including market data, inquiry data, routing logic, AI workflow details, territory strategy, pricing, performance information, and customer inquiry details.


Such information may be subject to separate confidentiality obligations under Inbound Markets’ Platform License & Market Access Terms, invoices, agreements, and license schedules.


17. Consumer and Prospect Choices

Depending on your relationship with Inbound Markets and applicable law, you may request to:

  • Access certain personal information;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Delete certain information;
  • Opt out of certain marketing communications;
  • Opt out of certain SMS communications;
  • Ask how information is used or shared;
  • Request information about data practices.

Some requests may be limited by legal, operational, billing, recordkeeping, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution needs.
